The class fee is only $40. This includes the instruction (secondary fermentation and flavoring tips, too!), recipe, SCOBY (the culture), and starter liquid to get you going, as well as personal assistance with future batches AND a super yummy tasting of various flavors. Kylie's signature sweet vanilla lavender, apple cinnamon, lemon ginger, spicy strawberry thai basil, and hibiscus honey rose are always on the menu!

Kombucha, a fermented tea, is thought to have originated in the Far East, probably China, and has been consumed there for at least 2000 years. The first recorded use of kombucha comes from China in 221 BC during the Tsin Dynasty. During this time, it was known as "The Tea of Immortality."
